Allan's GT-R First start

I looked for a long time trying to find switches similar to the OEM Ford GT for my SLC. This is what I was able to come up with: Watson's Street Works

After a lot of initial excitement, the high price and changes in the layout of my interior led me in a different direction. The GTR may be a good fit for these switches.

Did your car require wheel adapters Allan? Or was that just something particular to Deans GT-R build?

The front has wheel adapters, the manufacturer will be making hub centric spacers.

Hi Allan, congrats on getting it done so quickly. I can't wait for all the youtube videos. you mentioned being 5'8" and 6' would be a stretch, I thought Fran mentioned somewhere this cockpit would be a lot more flexible for us taller people.

In the same post (#32) Allan clearly states his seat is raised about 6"

The car will accommodate a 7' tall driver....without modifications to the footbox.!!!!!
