I ordered a GT40 Moto-Lita steering wheel from Taylor at Finish Line on 7/21/2021, almost a year ago. I have spoken to him several times over the past 10 months and finally gave up waiting for the wheel and asked Taylor for a refund. I had to place multiple calls and emails just to get his attention and a call back. After aprox 12 phone calls and emails, I finally caught him on the phone and requested a refund. He gave me the old, "I'll send a check in the mail" routine. That was on 4/23/22. I have called and emailed again, several times and no answer. So today, I called my AMEX credit card Co and setup a fraud dispute to get my money back.
