Shirley Sherrod has filed a lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart over a video released by the conservative personality that lead to her ouster as an official at the USDA.
Breitbart was served on Saturday at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), according to the New York Times: "In the suit, which was filed in Washington on Friday, Ms. Sherrod says the video has damaged her reputation and prevented her from continuing her work."

I always knew this day was coming, now some of the questions that no one would answer may be answered.

She may have difficulty proving that it "...prevented her from continuing her work", as Bee-OH seems to have offered her a position within his government immediately upon her resignation.

However, I will be following this intently....I wonder how much it is worth to have your reputation sullied for political purposes, and in a manner which was (IMHO) intentionally untruthful.

I hope she takes Breitbart to the cleaners!!

Cheers from Doug!!

Mike,

Isn't it funny, not too long ago, getting facts wrong about a president would get you fired.

Now it gets you a show on Fox.
