Pat , I have a Cav, it is an early MONO and thus had some issues that have now been taken care of with the new models, never the less, my car has been superb and when SPF came out with their car I thought about getting one, but I just felt mine was so pretty I could not give it up and I like the big rear wide body and deep dish wheels that SPF not offer. Having said that, I have now been around several SPF MK11's and I love them, but they need an FE for me to jump on one. I have a SPF Daytona and can vouch for the quaility of their work. The SPF will cost you around 12-13K more given the same drive train. One more suggestion. I have the Roush 427r in my Daytona, and while it is a superp powerplant, it is way overpriced in my estimation and a bit too shiney for me. It can be duplicated by Keith Craft or George Gessford for 6 or 7K less and with a more vintage look. Also ,if you go with a MK11, go with an FE otherwise stick with a MK1. I am not a cheerleader for either brand and feel you will get a great product with either.
