How to fit a dasboard, where it it fixed.

I drilled each two holes into the „A-pillar“ of the chassis, and laminated each two studs to the dashboard. Studs go into the holes, and you can than use in total four nuts to fix the dash to the A-pillars. In my GT40, in just clamped the dashboard under the lower windscreen member. No rattling.

Hi JP,
I installed my in a similar fashion as described by Udo, but I also improved the rigidity by adding straps between the steering column and the lower edge of the dash.
