Does anyone know what these tubes are for?

I noticed these tubes in my chassis and I am puzzled as to what they could be for. Could not find anything in the GTD build manual.
Does any of you know what their function could be? They seem to go in the direction of the fuel tanks.

They are located at the rear bulkhead both on the left and right side pointing inwards towards the engine bay.

Seems you have a basic A type chassis which had the "gtd" kit on it

on the "original" basic kva they where just re-inforcemet beams to the rear suspension , andwhen straigten up the rear of the chassis the tube is simply cut and left the rest ....
kva type "a " chassis basic are 4X8 rectangle tubes where the chassis afterwards where 4X4 square tube
