First Drive 1076

As a 40 year anniversary stunt, Car and Driver sponsored this Pontiac "goat" to once again go head to head with a Ferrari touring machine.

Yeah, how much would Ford have saved if they used goats the first time around? hahahahah. How about some more captions guys?

Ah Mr Goat, I really do think this one is outside your price
Range.Great shots and country side reminds me of my South Island New Zealand Home, cold and beautiful.

Voice from Ferrari - Oi, be off with ya! Goats aren't allowed on the roads around here!
Goat to other goat - I'll be b^ggered, a talking horse!

If it's a goat:-
Look at that dear, the finest car ever produced by the Europeans... and a Ferrari.

If it's a sheep:-
Look at that dear, the finest car ever produced by the Americans... and a Ferrari.

Tim.

Thanks John,

What is nice about Alberta, is that more and more people are getting into the exotics. We are seeing them more now than ever.

Nothing makes my day than seeing an exotic drive by at full bore, exhaust howling. That particular Ferrari has a full Tubi. But, I was the only one asked to start my motor and rev a few times. People around here love the GT40. I was told more than once, the GT40 is timless in beauty and everyone loves an American V8. Not bad for a 40 year old design. The GT40 can more than compare to today's modern exotics. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
