Looking at fitting these covers while the chassis is inverted to install the floor.
The fibreglass ones I have are bloody awful, so will require remaking either in glass or alloy. Both are doable, but it strikes me that the ability to reasonably readily remove these covers to access the fuel tanks could be an advantage. So rather than rivet them permanently in place, I would appreciate some advice as to the accepted way of doing this job.
