As you know the 2020 Members Meeting is postponed.
I've just received an email from Premier Inn this evening. They are allowing you to cancel for a full refund any semi-flex or non-flex bookings up to the end of May.
I've just cancelled my M.M weekend stay & also the following weekend that I had booked non-flex for the initial confirmed date, (only for Goodwood to pull the event forward a week......)
Last night you could only change the arrival date of your booking by telephoning them, lunch time today you could change the arrival date online (still no cancellation possible), this evening you can cancel online. What I'm trying to say is - the policy is changing rapidly, so if you want to cancel act now!
