GT40 spotted in Essex (upminster)

Just turning into the end of my road this afternoon when what should drive past me but a black/grey coloured GT40. was it you? I was the maniac with the cobra on a trailer, wildly gesturing. The driver saw me but probably thought I was just a GT40 lunatic.

I sold a KVA chassis and body to someone in Chafford Hundred about a year ago, I wonder if he actually built it and that is the car?

Allo Brett! I recognised your name on a different thread. Still got lots of GT pieces then?

I'm on the lookout for a fully built one but the sub £20k cars seem to have all but vanished these days, guess it's the popularity of the new Ford GT that's done it.

Still I've now got a Lotus 340r so things aren't all that bad /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
