I stumbled onto some Sarma latches and grabbed all the guy had. I have two sets available. Price is $85 per latch, sold in sets of four. ($340 plus shipping). PayPal works for me, PM me and I'll respond with the account information

These will require additional work to be used. The lower link is threaded 1/4-28 and the sides include the extruded flange that was riveted to the aircraft. For use on my car, I rethreaded the link, removed the flanges and fabricated a bracket the latch bolts into which then bolts to the body clips. I share this as I don't want someone to buy them and then respond that he can't use them on his build. They will require additional mods to be used. You can also search this forum for 'Sarma' and you'll see how others have used this style latch. They do not have the lower attachment base, what is shown is what you get.

These are factory new, still in the packaging from 1960.

You’re welcome Paul, great doing business with you.

For clarity, as Paul stated, these parts are in original packaging, which for me was very enlightening.

The latches were manufactured in 1960 for Grumman Aerospace Engineering Corp., the company I worked at for 37 years! These latches and the packaging are like collectibles for me…:)

Additional FYI, the basic part number beginning with 89 would indicate the S-2 Tracker program, an early predecessor of today’s E-2D Hawkeye, and the W indicates the wing and control surfaces group of parts.
