Having Problems W/Cable Shifter! HELP!!

ZF transaxle
Cable shifter

I "think" it's going into Reverse, 1st and 2nd. Can't get 3rd, 4th or 5th. Shifting is REALLY stiff. Even when it's in one of the gears I "think" I'm in, I can still turn the drive flanges.

Any tips on adjustments?

I am not sure about your RCR but I had to do some cutting and welding on the brackets for my SPF GT40 with M1 ZF. On my car I had to decrease the distance from the pivot point in order to get the throw I needed to get into all the gears. At first I could get into R 1-2-3 but not 4-5 then I could get into 1-2-3-4-5 but not R so I cut and welded the pivot point lower just enough to get all the gears. Its shifts perfect and very direct.
