Hello. what is the thickness of the lexan needed for the headlight covers and side windows?

Hi Grzegorz, it depends on the depth of your recessed mounting flanges. The covers I make are 1/8" thickness. Thanks,

I might be wrong but I have a feeling that side windows for motorsport use should be 4mm thick? Others will be more up to date than me so check with motorsport authorities to be sure.
