Helm joints?

While stripping out my RCR to send off items for powder coating I noticed some helm joints were rusted and some looked clean? Should I upgrade to Teflon coated helm joints now that these are apart or are these good quality from RCR?

Other than surface rust aesthetics, if there is no hindrance of travel, you can continue to use.
