Sadly I think this might be the beginning of the end for Morgan. Greed by the majority shareholders (the Morgan family) could well be the kiss of death.
While you or I as enthusiasts, might put our last penny into something we are passionate about, VC’s only care about the bottom line.
I loved the series 1 Aeros (I had two) but the “wholly British owned” was a large part of my enthusiasm ( as well as supporting the underdog) but even that’s gone now.
I REALLY REALLY hope I’m wrong, but these things usually only turn out well for the investors when they start asset stripping
