InterFord Day - Heritage Motoring Centre, Gaydon

Anyone interested in a run to the InterFord Day at the Heritage Motoring Centre, Gaydon on Sunday 4 July?
It's just off J12 on the M40, entrance is £8 on the day, but if we get ourselves organised, we could arrange a Club booking.
Has anyone been before?

We have attended this event as a club for the last three years running, It's a excellent show well worth a visit.
Best speak to Alan Feldman he usually books the club in.
Can't make it this year as I need to get the car ready for the Classic Le-Mans in three weeks time, and having spent the last weekend at the Goodwood Festival of Speed I need to earn some brownie points. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Have had a quiet word around the Club, and it appears that this isn't the big thing it was last year at the Ford Heritage Day.
It seems that there will be mostly Escorts/Sierra Cosworths/Fiestas this year. Not really my scene.
I'll give it a miss.

Now now - let's not knock the Cossie owners (me included) - it's still a Ford - and a car capable of showing a clean pair of heels to most 'modern mass produced tin boxes' - even after almost 20 years!

4WD feels a hell of a lot safer/faster than a 40 in the wet - believe me! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
