Have been planning to complete my Kelmark for years; building my home workshop as I completed my engineering career. Now I'm retired, and can play full time - just finished the car build area last night.
Some years ago, I stretched the WB on this SBC/Corvair chassis (the photo) in order to install my own '70s drivetrain, which I'll start now. Rear-facing stroked Caddy 500, JUST THE CHAIN CASE & TRANSMISSION PART of a THM 425, then a short driveshaft going back to a Winters quick-change with an offset diff and a flipped ring gear. Everything inside the wheelbase (CAD pic).
Anyway - would love to detail the build here, if it's appropriate and there's interest.
