Knock-on adaptor drawings

Does anyone know if there are any public domain knock-on wheel adaptor schematics/drawings out there? I am blessed with some decent machining facilities for a change and thought i'd 'knock-up' a set to suit Ford Granada 5 stud hubs and pin drive wheels (probably from Image in Wednesbury).
I know i shall have to use commercially available spinners but i wonder if anyone can offer some advice on steel quality etc'. I have heard of EN8 steel being used before now.
Is the taper on the spinner/wheel recess the same or are there differences from one wheel manufacturer to another?
Or has anyone got a set for sale?
Thanks for reading.

John, you will want a steel that will take stress relief treatment after machining, talk to a good machine shop for advice, Frank

When I last spoke with the gentleman at Image, he said their centerlock system was ready for market. 3/8" flange in steel. Thought he said they were 800 pounds (Sterling?). This was last summer when I purchased their wheels.
