The Enthusiast club will bring some.

Wow this response is not what I would expect.
Back in 2010 I organised the GT40 Enthusiasts gathering for Le Mans Classic
300 attendees for hotels travel etc
85 cars between replicas and 2005 Gt’s
Half hour on the track on Friday evening…..no limits as to speed etc as fully marshalled.
Lunch at the main restaurant complex.
Really is nobody pushing to get things organised? What happened to the Club organising things for this event?
I believe this is still the largest group of cars assembled on top of the 24/25 originals participating.

The question is, why members won't bring their GT40's when the Club is organising this event.....
I will not answer, cause I am not a member of this club anymore.

Yes they changed the subscription
I was the only voice against what they dif

I ended my membership way before the AGM. Don't know anything about subscription changes.
Won't discus my reasons here.
As I believed when I still was a member, the "Club" was organising the Le Mans Classic 2025 event toghether with Ian from Fast Track Tours, hence the reason they wouldn't attend 2025 Spa Classic.
Ill suppose the usual members will bring their GT40's and have some track fun also.
Ill guess if you still are a member you must have more information then me on that subject as since november 2024 I have been cut off.

My understanding is there are between 20 and 30 members signed up. Not sure how many cars. Club parking will be in the Orange area on the Bugatti circuit near where the Pre Grid assembly starts. No club track time unless members have brought standard parade laps from the organisers. It will be interesting to see if there is time made in the schedule to allow more focused track session like there was up until 2016 when the event become an annual one from next year.

For the ones of you that will bring your car, I propose that you put a post-it on the dashborad of your car with a time for a meeting. I cannot bring my car because she just come back form paint shop and is far to be finished, but I will be there from friday to sunday with a friend that had a Superformance but sold it and is in the process to buy a new GT40.
If you agree, try to pick-up a time out of interesting races.
The other option we decide right now of a meeting time.
