Mini into crowd Qld.

Pete I saw that on our TV . Never thought a mini can go so fast . Wonder what speed he was doing ? Spectators are very lucky to escape . From the other angle it looked as if it cleared the safety fence 100 %

No, he actually plowed through the fence. see video below. I'm not sure what speed a mini would be doing at the braking area of turn three but a V8 Supercar is doing around 260 kph. Mini 210, 220? :shrug:
