You might try this guy here in the U.S.:

He sells on EvilBay, too....name is close to his domain name.

I was resigned to having to order a Wipac headlamp bucket from a Brittish online dealer and pay hellacious shipping to the U.S., but this guy had just what I wanted and was quick with the parts. I was pleasantly surprised and will order from him again should the need arise. Not sure about Vauxall parts, but if you contact him via his website he'll respond fairly quickly, or at least he did for me.

It depends on what your after. There might be the parts in a scarp yard here. Since a lot of Holdens end up as re badged GM cars.
