need assistance from members in the UK.

I have purchased a "spare" gearbox that is located in the Leverington,Norwich area in the UK.

The seller does not wish to bother with shipping it, and requests that it be picked up locally.

Can anyone in the area pick up this unit, possibly put it in a crate, and arrange to ship it to me in the USA?
I will compensate for your time/effort.

Any help is much appreciated.

Paul at PRS has said he can organise collection etc but packing can be a problem & expensive. It would also have to be drained of fluid to avoid leaks.

Do you have weight and size? I may be able to supply a pallet box for it. Regretably Leverington is about 120 miles away from home!

Hi Alan, if the guy will at least drain it, wrap it and strap it to a pallet I can get it collected and shipped out to you no problem. PM me and we`ll see if we can get it sorted out.
