I'll be getting the chassis back Sat, Oct 6. The plan is to fully disassemble the chassis, paint it, and then reassemble the car with everything but the body. While I'm doing this, the painter will be shooting color.
I still need to measure for a throttle cable, mount the shifter, cut a hole in the tub for it to pass through, and check fitment of the AC and alternator. But with only 4 weeks to do all this, should I go ahead and paint the chassis first and then do all the other items?
