That is the book with the photos of the Mk2 smashed into a wall, after the death of Ken Miles, showing the fuel flying over the car out of the fillers. Did anyone ever establish which chassis that was?

If the caption specifies which race it was, you probably could cross reference it with Ronnie Spain's list of races, and look for a DNF.
