Hi all. Names Rob. I have been lurking here a little while. As new exotic's and sports cars are forced to have more intrusive "safety" systems, I find myself looking more and more to the GT40 replica cars. I have a Viper, which to me, is rapidly becoming the last of the pure drivers cars. I have been looking at the SPF GT40R's as a good stable mate for my Aero Coupe.
Gonna continue to read and learn, as I haven't decided if I want a roller to finish myself, or a "used' built car. I do want a track car that is "barely:drunk:" street legal so I can take it to the odd Cars & Coffee show.
I'll do my best to read and use the search function so as not to ask the same noob questions that y'all have probably answered a 1000 times.
