Hey guys and girls. I have been on the verge of building an Ultima GTR until I saw the SLC. I am making a trip next month to Michigan to take a closer look. I spoke with Fran by phone and he seemed to be extremely pleasant. While I have a background in racing, I don't in building. I have done some fiberglass customization and painting on my motorcycle. However, I am very meticulous. As a matter of fact, my wife says I may have an ovary. LOL. I would love to see a build site, but I have had no luck finding one. Anyway, just wanted to touch base and say hello.

There are masses of pages full of information about building an SLC...
Hang out here for a while and see the mild to wild builds going on....dont sweat some of the crazy stuff guys are doing on here...its not necessary but the fun part of any hand built car is that you can do it 'your" way
