Body Mounting:
I am now moving on to mounting the body. Wow, what a mental trap this is. It all seems to fit when it is just sitting there, but when you start measuring everything you sure go down a bunch of rabbit holes. Here is my first problem that I discovered.
I felt like my body was sitting in a good position and I looked at it from the front and noticed the roll cage was not centered in the front windshield.

When mounting the cage I had to use a punch to get it in the holes that were provided from RCR. They were about 1/2" off. When I took the front bolts out, the cage centered nicely in the front windshield. I am now going to have Swiss cheese for the A pillar roll cage mounts.

the next problem was the rear cage. The two mounts that sit on the lower cross brace were perfectly drilled. But when looking at where the spider was in relation to the back support mounts, I had about 1 inch difference from side to side. This took me down a crazy rabbit hole of measuring everything I could. I finally convinced myself that the body was sitting in a good position, but the cage still seemed off. I took the body back off and started measuring the cage. Sure enough the rear cage support mounts are welded 1 inch off.
The green lines are perfectly the same and the red lines are 1" off.

My rear angle braces fit, just with a big difference in the threads.

Does anyone see a problem with this? I am not sure if it will really matter, I am just trying to think of any other things that might not fit because of it??
