Nice looking (really) FiberFab on eBay

This car which is on eBay now is probably one of the nicest looking FiberFab based facimilies of a GT40 that I've seen. Running gear is well done as well (at least the components are.)

From pictures alone, this appears to be a well turned out kit car. It's obviously not a close GT40 clone, but the
seller doesn't claim it to be.

The problem with this car is that it looks like a ton
of money was spent on a car without a large following.
Unless the seller is willing to take a bath, I doubt
it will sell on E-bay.

No GT, but it does look pretty slick. My main question... the rear clip doesn't appear to flip up... looks like you might have to lift off the entire body to get to the engine.

I think you are exactly right. I hadn't caught that as ordinarily these have a line that runs, from the middle of the front of the rear wheel arch, horizontally forward to just behind the rear window and then across to the other side. It appears this one has been glassed together which does improve the look, but would make it a PITA for engine work. I would guess that the guy would drop the whole engine/transaxle down and then out the back from under the car.
