AA1 has a bit of history. It was first owned by a Lady Chatsworth, Queen Victoria,s Lady-in- Waiting. When Victoria was in mourning for her husband, the Prince Regent, it was not deemed appropriate that she should be seen with any form of enjoyment, particularly to be seen drinking, so on any trips made by the Queens party the side wicker baskets on AA1 seen in the pictures carried champagne etc and was driven by the Lady in Waiting a set way behind the Queens carriage. The car insured is for $1M, and if ever sold would be expected to readily exceed that figure. Frank
