Original P1015 Dash Switch

Hi All,

This attached picture of the original dash in the P1015 has a switch between the toggle switches. Does anyone know what this switch does?

dash lighting
interior light?
switched fuel senders between tanks so the driver could check what was left in each tank?

Toggle switches are aircraft spec ones and not Lucas 57SA type though.

Reostat......used in aircraft etc to dim/brighten the dash lights. Primarily if panel is back lit.

Could it be for the dash /screen vent fan?

I believe it is for the instruments lamps, sorry for the poor quality of the attached diagram it is from the SAE papers and it is a little hard to see.
