posting photos

I've been trying to post a photo but cant seem to do it, I've looked through the faq's and searched for more info, but still cant post. can someone give me an idiots guide please?

Simon,
Have you got a photo editor on your PC? If it is bigger than 100k it will not post. Try reducing the size. Just a thought. If not nip down the road to mine and we can sort it out. I've got to go past Upminster this morning, as my rods have turned up at Parcelforce /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
