This nowhere near deserves the word "build". "Reinstall the exterior bits and the engine" maybe. And of course it doesn't have to run when it's all over; it just needs to look reasonable.
Is it surprising that the same guys who build these things all day long can do a little of the same work in another nice clean quiet environment with a whole chest of tools?
"Prefabricated" is definitely the right word.
