We recently changed our trans from the RBT to a Quaife QBE62G 5-Speed. Can anyone shed some light on what is needed to hook up the RCR GT40 shifter box to this transmission? I'm assuming we need different brackets, linkage or maybe a different shifter box? Haven't been able to get ahold of Fran...need advice, thanks!

Ron's comment makes sense. If it's right shift, you get a clean path to the shift rod on the transaxle, the result will be super positive if built with good parts and thoughtful installation. If not right shift, you'll need to get the shift rod info from Quaife. Once you have the throws (displacement and angle) sussed out, you can compare the displacements you get at the shift lever to determine the bell crank/lever you need for the gating action, and whether you need a bell crank to increase or decrease(likely) the main throw action on the shift lever. In any case, by carefully measuring, you should be able to use your existing shifter, though cables may need to be changed.
