Saying someone has been a strong leader is simply acknowledging the facts. It does NOT mean the man is honorable or trustworthy. It doesn't say that Putin is doing the right thing, either. Now I know where the 37% who approve of Biden ................

Unfortunately this has devolved into a political argument. The Paddock banned such awhile back. Let's return this to the Russian GP.

It's a shame that we can't have the foresight to know how evil some leaders will end up being, in order to not heap any praise on them beforehand.
