Well i just joined this forum and have been scammed 2 times already. watch out for Joseph Ben, Bill Robertson, both are scum bags and will take your money. There is also a guy working with this Ben Hendric his name is Ronnie both are members. Luckily with Bill Robertson i told Pay Pal and then refunded my money. This guy Ben Hendrick scammed me for $900 for GT 40 seats-so watch out for these scum bags

So these persons paid to be vendors on this site? and then proceeded to scam us? Or were these off-book sales not advertised here?
Sorry im new to your website so i will just say i posted a thread that said im looking for seats for a GT 40 SPF MK II and Ronnie sent me Bens email address and said that he had a couple seats for sale. And that he had bought seats from him as well and said he was trustworthy so i believed him, I paid him wire transfer and he then sent me the tracking number. I looked up the track number and it was a 2 ounce package going to ohio not seats 15 lbs going to california--so i knew i was scammed at that point. I put in a dispute with B of A

We have no way to vet everyone here without charging everyone a subscription fee and hire help here to go through an in-depth evaluation of each member. Even then, I doubt we’d be 100% secure.
Buyers be ware.

HI Randy: Yes i guess i am reporting these guys. Sorry if im not doing it properly. Its my own darn fault. They will go to great lengths. What fooled me is this other member Ronnie vouched for him and said oh this Ben Hendrick guy is fine i bought a couple seats from him and they were great. Anyway i still love this forum--lot of good sources for info-just like you say beware outthere - there are thieves out there lerking
I would appreciate it if you would give me snap-shots (screen pics) of any interactions you have had with these people. I did not find a user named Ben Hendric or Ben Hendrick…

This thread has some of the users names. Bill Robertson is the email they refer you to send a request to.
I'd be cautious of sellers who just joined today or have not been around long and have a low post count.

Give me user names, give me email addresses, give me more information, pictures, anything that I can follow up on.
Meanwhile - Double and Triple verify information before you send money to some unknown person.
Get phone numbers to call the seller and CALL him!

These people were not vendors. It appears to be a scammer who knew how to prey on new folks that were looking for parts.
Ok here is the Scammers email address to start--his real name is Joshua Ben 9450 Southwest Gemini Drive Beaverton or 97008 his email that he used is [email protected] What started all this is one member named Ronnie sent me a message that said he bought a pair of seats from Ben and he is a upstanding member so i would not hesitate to buy from him. NOW--hang with me here. Ronnied sent me this other guy named Joshua Bens email address--i emailed him and he sent me 2 pictures of seats that Ben Hedrick sold to another guy -- he used Ben Hedricks photos and info and emailed me. Ronnie and this guy Joshua Ben were in on it. Lost $900 I can give you Joshua Bens phone number also. Hope that clears it up. Feel free to call me 619-925-9961 Mark

Maybe introduce yourself first, and then subsequently politely inquire if anyone has had any trouble with any vendors generally.... Then perhaps share a personal experience without using inflammatory words.
Call me old fashioned, but I do think etiquette and tone still matter.
