Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me what spring rates to put on my tornado .

Have you contacted Tornado on this Bryn? If you go it alone you need to calculate wheel fequencies and from this you can work out spring rates to suit road or track. Track springs are stiffer/higher frequency than road springs.
