Stock headlights diameter?

Hella part #? 60/90mm? Couldn't find it in the build manual or on the forum.

The stock lights are 90 mm.

Some builders upgrade their headlights so I’ll bet a few sets are available unused if you are looking for a replacement.
I decided to repurpose my original lights for my 1980 Corvette.

Looking to figure out a different configuration using 60s, and needed to know if they were already 60s which would have nixed the idea.

Hector, I saw your mod for the Jag headlights. Looks good. Think I'm gonna try just modding the current SLC headlights and see how that works. If I F it up, I may do something like you and others done and retrofit some other car's lights.

Jeff, here is a link to Cam T’s build. He used Hella 60mm and had to do a slight mod because they are longer than than the 90mm.

Your builds looking great! I only suggested those 2 reinforcement spot due to mine getting hairline cracks. Ive only had the rear clip off once in 19K miles but it may have been the way I handled it. But....I figured I'd pass it along for the race tail. F/G is dirt cheap and it can't hurt to...

Like Ken, I had Hella 90mm shipped with my kit for both High and low beams.
