What do you guys think of this one. Interesting little car. I found it at racing junk.com. I have no interest in it other that I think is is pretty cool. Does anybody know anything about it?

Data letters etc seem to state its a copy of a Genie MKV? & Lotus 19 chassis & body

Definately a ZF transaxle in "Pantera" orientation.

It's tough to tell, but I suspect it's a 351C instead of a Boss 302? Does the water inlet hose on the front of the engine enter the top of the block, or the front of the intake? Tough to tell from the photo.

The car itself is, I believe, a Shelby-ized Cooper Monaco.

No, its definitely a Boss 302, 4 vertical bolts @ corners onf the intake manifold & the shape of intake @ the valley @ rear confirm that, plus cleveland would have had an oil pressure gauge fitting at that point-nothing there. One of the letters on the Picasa site had reference to the frame being a copy/reconstruction giving the names of the guys that did the work. Other data suggested that the original trans might have been a Huffaker?
Dont think you would have any problems running that car in NZ as a retrospective special, dont know how your USA organisations would see it.
