Tornado rear wheel bearings

Hi
Just finished (what I though to be) all of the jobs that needed attention before we drive down to Classic Le Mans in a couple of weeks. Popped the wheels back on and checked for play....looks like one of the rear bearings is on it's last legs as I have a fair amount of play.

Does anybody know which bearings the standard fabricated Tornado rear hub uses? Also, are they pressed in?

Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered!

They should be Granada mk2 or 3 - the 3 has the 2 lugs to mount the caliper whereas the mk2 just holds the bearings and bolts to the upright.
They are pressed in a puller may get them if not....The last ones I removed I just used my mig welder to run a bead of weld around the bearing face. Sounds a bit weird but as the weld cools it shrinks the bearing enough to just push it out with your fingers - vids on you-tube might help. Here's the first one I found...

Thanks Paul

The welding idea sounds great, but I haven't got a welder!

I'll have a look to see which bearings they are. It's such a pain as I thought the car was done and was looking forward to spending the next couple of weeks running around in her as a pre-Le-Mans shakedown. Hopefully I can get it done quickly as I really want to make sure the car is OK before we set off on a long trip.

Thanks again

Darren
