Hi from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
I've a MK1 KVA and the drivers seat front left hand side is now starting to break up due to me climbing in and out.
A previous owner mentioned a source in the Uk for seats called Ripspeed International where he got his ( 0181 number so some time ago )
They don't have a website and from what I can determine they seem to be out of business.
Any suggestions for seats source

Hey there! Looks like Halfords bought up Ripspeed and dumped everything, just retaining the brand name and marketing 'go faster' goodies only now as you surmised..

Went to a kit car exhibition the other week and got details of a seat manufacturer that did some very nice looking seats for the GT40 including head restraints. as soon as I can find the details I will post. They are a UK company

As promised, here is the web addres for the company I referred to yesterday. www.intatrimtelford.co.uk I am not associated with them in any way, but i was impressed with their product at the Exeter kit car show. They had a GT40 compatible seat on display and it looked really good.
