Weber 48IDA reversion plate dimensions

Anyone have the dimensions for the reversion plate that was used on original cars
along with the material and thickness? I need to have one fabricated.

The plate is 19" long X 11.5" Wide with a flange of 5/16" and a corner radius of 1/2"
