What Have you done to your RCR GT-R lately?

I'm getting ready to go through the licensing process so I can get my car on the road and do some tuning, testing, etc. While this makes it sound like I'm almost done....I'm not. I still have hundreds of things on my list to make the car right. For instance, I have a lot of work to do on the doors, the rear end, plus the entire interior. Eventually I will take the car to get painted (I still have decided on a color). But in the meantime, I want the car to look the part as it starts spending more time out of the garage. So, I decided to dress up the white gel coat finish with a set of Mustang stripes. It makes the car more identifiable, and at the same time motivates me to keep working because it's starting to feel like a GT!!!
Looks good. You have to keep your motivation going. Its easy to get burned out. I have found I need to take a break after a bit. When I come back at it after a break I tend to come up with better solutions.

The doors have been a monumental project for my rookie skills. I think I am finally getting a handle on it though. The hinge work I did made a huge difference on the fit. It also made it much easier to take the doors on and off by myself. Once I had a good fit, I drilled a couple of 1/8" holes in both sides of the hinge to rivet/lock them in place.

Thanks Rob!! I have been avoiding the doors like Covid. I know it is going to take a lot of struggle and patience, and like you, I'm doing this mostly on my own. In another month, I'll be studying what you have done to see how it can help me.
