Where is the model code engraved on a G86/20 ?

Hello,

I'm working with a recycler/dismantler who isn't familiar with the G86 unit and I'm trying to guide them remotely as where to find the series number engraved in the case.

I know it's supposed to look like this:

But I don't know where on the case to direct them.

What they have provided so far is: 2560010291 GF-2:56 which isn't the 12 digit code I'm expecting.

Isn't the G86 also the Audi 012 box? In which case I'd be tempted to look under the left drive shaft in the same place as the 01E

Looking at that the Audi 012 looks to be identical to the G86/00
The G86/20 looks to be something else.

According to what I read here: Lüfteknic - Porsche gearbox repair, close ratio, motosport, LSD install the G96 & G86 are unique in there lineage and relationship.

Both I believe Getrag boxes, probably more similarities than differences!
