Put your P.C. B.S. here I will start.

Raymond Aktar Ali was a Halal butcher, this nice gentleman seduced his female shop assistant and got her pregnant, when the baby was born Mr.Ali chopped it into small bits. He was convicted of murder and given life.
In prison he complained that his diet was not Halal, so he was fed vegetables. He complained to the local branch of the hand wringing do-gooders society and was awarded $3000.00 compensation.
Taxpayers money of course. WTF is going on in our society?:furious::furious:

Correct, and now the Attorney General is going to appeal the decision. More Taxpayers money wasted on this prick. He should be told to eat what is put in front of him or starve.
But no he is now getting specially slaughtered Halal meat. What utter bollocks.
Its seems that murderers have more rights than normal Citizens. I know plenty of pensioners that would love to be able to afford what inmates get to eat.

I totally agree I don't give a tinkers toss what religion they are if they wind up in jail then they've forgone what ever rights they had. he's bloody lucky he didn't get deported.

If I didn't know y'all don't live here (except for Jack) I would have sworn you do.

ZERO DIFF in the "p.c.", boot-licking treatment of these mutants here in the U.S.

It's disgusting.

Convicted Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-IL) is scheduled to receive $8,700 per month in government disability pay, as well as a partial federal pension of $45,000. That generous $8,700 in disability comes thanks to Jackson’s sudden development of a “mood disorder” as the federal government began looking to indict him. Jackson, who was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison, had no history of mental illness during his prior 17 years in Congress. Rev. Jesse Jackson has defended his son’s claims of mental illness, stating to the court, “This time a year ago I thought we may have lost him.”

Are you surprised at all? Lois "I-Take-the-Fifth" Lerner is on P-A-I-D 'leave' from the IRS, isn't she? Maj. Hasan (Fort Hood shooter) is still being paid, isn't he?

Covering ole Jr.'s wallet for him is a piece of cake for these people...

There's NOTHING more screwed up than govt & its rules/regs. Nothing.

There's an apple that didn't fall far from the tree....

Seriously, I lived in IL for 6 years and the politics are astounding (the last 2 governers, for instance, are doing time). Made for great entertainment.

As of the end of May, Ft. Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan has been paid $278,000 in salary while soldiers he wounded and families of his dead victims are being denied Army benefits because the incident was classified as "workplace violence" rather than combat related.

That is Obscene!

Obscene is too kind a word, another example of the victims being denied, while the shooter gets looked after! WTF is going on? People should get a lot more angry about this nonsense than they do.

EGG-zackly.

And WHY did Obama classify Ft Hood as "workplace violence"? BECAUSE THE ELECTION WAS JUST A WEEK OR TWO AWAY and he didn't want a successful homeland TERRORIST ATTACK 'on the books' so close to same.

Result: vics are denied bennies in favor of presumed personal political gain.

a question for the lawyers in this group,

since it has been classified as "workplace violence" and not "combat"

does that not leave the Army open to personal lawsuits by the family members for "wrongful (sp?) death"

or certainly civil suits against the bastard who did it (since it's not combat - it's murder) and people take murders to trial - - don't they e.g. OJ Simpson.

Seems the families have more "outs" with this ruling???

just a dummy asking questions - - splain it please.

I cannot commit my opinion to this thread, as I can feel my temples throbbing and the old ticker racing to the point that I am concerned! ;)
