Day 5: sanding the upper chassis. My plan is to paint most of the chassis black and leave all suspension in machined / natural aluminum.

Do not forget that aluminum, will not stays as new if you are not protect it. It will become dull, foogy and white. It means it will require to be repolished every to or 3 years and when you have parts mounted on it it is difficult to make a clean job. May be you should consider a transparent varnish...

Very well aware of that, all alum parts are being coated in Cerakote MC6100

Day 6: When you need to flip the chassis and you have no help, used my lift, some lift straps, and a pipe thru the tunnel, instant rotisserie!

Day 11: Powder coated 39 suspension pieces today. Using Anodized Aluminum Metallic powder. Looks grey in the shop but in the sun it's def Alum metallic. and mounted the front suspension mounts.
