351 windsor motor

I am trying to convert a 351 windsor into a boat engine(OMC) can you please recommend a camshaft that would suit my purpose please. any help would be great

Before the camshaft can be selected a number of parameters will need to be known. One of the most important of those is what will be what the intended operating range? Once you know that and other items such as head type, valve sizes, compression ratio, internal components then a major cam manufacturer could help you out.

Sorry Ron, but the most important thing with a boat engine is to first decide if you need a cam for clockwise or anti clockwise rotation.Bit of a problem if you get that wrong !

I sort of figured he'd already investigated that if he'd gotten to the point of wanting the cam.
