M Mark Worthington Jan 2, 2003 #4 Pretty cool, Bob. Is the seat bottom part of the monocoque or a structural member in the ERA car?
B Bob Putnam Jan 2, 2003 #5 Mark, In the next chassis series, we're offering the original-type integral seats. I don't know whether they'll be standard or not. The initial chassis will have the seat bottoms bolt-in so that we can tweak the final configuration and positioning.

P scott Jan 12, 2003 #7 Bob, You stated "next chassis series...". Are there changes beyond the seat? Scott
B Bob Putnam Jan 14, 2003 #9 Scott, Nothing major behind the seats. The new "original" design uses an upholstered fiberglass back that attaches to the rear bulkhead and the floor.
