930 Transaxle upgrade

Chrysler has 1" 23 spline disk's that will work and I'm told Ford as well. The other thing that will need to happen is to shorten the input shaft 1"! This is a common thing to do on the 930 gearbox in order to bring the output flanges inline with the wheel hubs.

If the shafts are 1" forward or backward this will work in your favor.
You need misalignment to allow the balls in the CV joints to rotate in the cages.
If they don't they can prematurely fail.
