Final fitting the rear inner fender liners.

Added flanges for bonding the panels to the main body. Finishing up gluing in the rear roof vent panel.

I built carbon fiber headlamp cover panels for my baby. I did this simply because everyone needs a little bling and it seems that the majority of people that I talk with think that carbon parts are difficult.

Thanks Mark... The carbon is pretty easy but this piece took two of us to a while to build up since it's not vacuum bagged and we had to wring out quite a bit of resin near the end. This part is just out of the mold so the front side is not cleaned up or polished. The weave of the first layer of carbon stayed together well.

I began to fit up the passenger rear inner fender well today.

The rear inner fenders are now installed into the main body.

Thanks Scott... I estimate 30 hours of labor on the rear inner fender wells alone. I added flanges at the lower edges to pick up the flat floor extensions I plan to make. I fitted up the nose and inner fenders for that are ready to bond in.

Today I started to fit the front inner federal liners and bond in the headlamp mounting cups. The cups do fit with some trimming. Ive come up with a unique way to use the RCR mounting cups which I'll post photos later. The inner fender liners do not play very nicely with the front bonnet louver vents so I'm adjusting them

Today I'm having extreme fun... Adding reinforcement panels inside the the front portion on the doors.
