Hi guys can anyone tell me what gas pressure the air con system should be charged at on my GTD 1991

That depends on whether you're using the old R22 refrigerant or it's been replaced by R410A.

For 134a see below for other refrigerants google your type. But as a general rule about 4-5 to 1 high-side to low-side depending on ambient air temp.

With compressor running add refrigerant to you see about 25-30psi on the low side. Do not overcharge (45-50psi is too much).
